SRS’ Investment Properties Group (IPG), led by Steve Miskew, exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of Jupiter Farms Shopping Center in Jupiter, Fla., on behalf of the owner. The established neighborhood center, built in 1998, consists of 84,337 square feet situated on 10.21 acres. It is roughly 90 percent occupied by tenants including Publix, True Value and T-Mobile. The property is located at 10142 West Indiantown Road, at the signalized intersection of West Indiantown Road (FL-706) and Jupiter Farms Road, just two miles west of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, and benefits from a combined traffic count of 37,500 vehicles per day in front of the property. Jupiter Farms is an affluent, established community with impressive average household incomes of $111,300 within a one-mile radius of the Property. The seller, Winchester Commons, LLC, sold the property on November 30, 2018 for $12.4 million to E&A Property Management, LLC.

“We are pleased at the opportunity to orchestrate the sale of a quality asset like Jupiter Farms Shopping Center, highlighted by its high performing Publix store,” said Steve Miskew, managing principal, Investment Properties Group. “Given the strength and historical success of the anchor, as well as the center’s exceptional capture of its established and growing trade area, it was no surprise that we had so much interest from the investment community.”
