Chandler Pulliam    |    Analyst

Chandler Pulliam joined Fairway Investments in December of 2024. He assists in new acquisition underwriting for retail and industrial assets, as well as market research and feasibility analyses for Fairway’s ground up and JV construction projects. Chandler joined the Fairway team following two and a half years with SPM, LLC, a Birmingham-based multifamily asset and property manager and owner/operator. Chandler was born and raised in Birmingham, where he attended Indian Springs School. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance with minors in Accounting and Real Estate and his Master of Science in Finance specializing in Corporate Valuation from The University of Alabama. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys spending time with family and is an avid golfer.
