Ethan VanZant    |    Property Accountant

Ethan VanZant joined Fairway in October of 2025 as a property accountant. Prior to joining the team, he spent time as a staff accountant at Sayle, Sandifer, & Johnson CPA’s, and is taking experience from there into his transition to real estate accounting. Ethan grew up in Houston, Texas before relocating to Mississippi where he graduated from Delta State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is finishing his master’s degree from Mississippi State University.
