Megan Jurkovic joined Fairway in 2026 as Senior Property Manager for the Georgia portfolio.  With over 20 years of commercial real estate operations and marketing experience in Atlanta and across the southeast, Megan specializes in optimizing financial and operational performance for diverse retail, office, medical and industrial portfolios.  She is the proud recipient of five ICSC Maxi Awards as well as an American Marketing Association AMY Award for marketing excellence.
