Fairway Investments and the Brock School of Business at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Fairway Commercial Real Estate Lab. Samford University recently introduced the new real estate concentration within the business major. This new concentration will equip students with the knowledge they need to enter into the field of commercial real estate. The Fairway Commercial Real Estate Lab will provide students with a dedicated workspace to enhance their learning experience within the Brock School of Business. In addition to the lab, the Thompson family generously established the Lucille Ryals Thompson Professorship endowment that will allow further expansion of the new real estate concentration.
