Greg Cherry    |    Senior Vice President – Investments

Greg joined Fairway in 2005, and currently oversees all aspects of Fairway’s investments. Those areas include Asset Management, Acquisitions and Dispositions of Fairway’s assets.

Greg started his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and moved to a corporate position with a regional grocery store chain that ignited his passion for real estate.

Greg is an ICSC member and a CCIM Candidate. Greg is also a member of The Monday Morning Quarterback Club (fundraising arm of The Cripple Children’s Foundation) and has served as a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Class. Greg is also heavily invested in youth sports in his community.

Greg received his Undergraduate Degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama as well as his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Alabama – Birmingham.

Greg and his wife have four very active boys and can be found most weekends at a ballpark somewhere.
