JC Gray    |    Analyst

JC Gray Joined Fairway in September of 2025. He assists in leasing management, asset management, acquisition, and development of Industrial assets. Prior to joining Fairway, JC worked as an analyst for Inkana Properties, a Birmingham-based self-storage developer, where he gained hands on experience in Industrial acquisitions and development.  JC was born and raised in Birmingham, where he attended Mountain Brook High School. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus in Real Estate from Auburn University. Outside of work JC enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and hunting.
