Josh Patrick    |    Property Manager - Alabama Region

Josh Patrick joined the Fairway team in 2025. He manages a portion of Fairway’s retail and industrial property portfolio located in Alabama and Tennessee. Josh began his career with Harbert Realty, where he was responsible for managing office and retail properties in Downtown Birmingham. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and holds an active Alabama Real Estate License.

Josh enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
