Fairway Investments and and Austin based Oden Hughes recently closed on the purchase of 17.75 acres at the northwest intersection of Loop 1604 and U.S. 281 in North San Antonio, Texas. Oden Hughes will be the developer and general contractor on the project. Fairway Investments sourced the equity for the transaction.
Construction begins this month on a 312-unit Agora Palms Apartments in Stone Oak. The development will be 3 story, wood frame construction in the Texas Tuscan style with surface parked apartments. The community will have one, two and three-bedroom units ranging between 587 and 1,700 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed in July 2016.
