Fairway Investments and partner Oden Hughes have completed the sales of the 354-unit Parkside Grand Parkway community in Katy to EGI international Corp.
Completed in 2014, the 14-acre property is located at the southwest corner of Katy Fort Bend Road and Grand Parkway near Interstate 10 within the boundaries of the highly desirable Katy Independent School District.
The one, two and three-bedroom units range from 625 to 1,400 square feet.
