Fairway Investments has moved their offices to the Fairway Building at 728 Shades Creek Parkway in Birmingham, Alabama. The building, which faces Hwy 280 at Shades Creek Parkway – which becomes Lakeshore, also includes Corley Moncus P.C., Snow and Associates and Prism.
Fairway purchased the former Parkway Place building and has recently completed interior and exterior remodeling in preparation for the move. The new building also becomes home to Fairway Management Group, the property management division of Fairway Investments. Fairway Management Group moved from office space at Southlake Village.
