Kingsland Apartments is a 389-unit community in Katy that broke ground today and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2016.
Located immediately north of the Katy Gap Road and Kingsland Boulevard intersection, the Kingsland Apartments will offer one, two and three-bedroom units from 582 to 1,375 square feet.
On-site amenities will include a 24-hour fitness area, resort style pool and sundeck, movie theater, dog park and dog washing station.
Oden Hughes Taylor Construction is the general contractor and Fairway Investments is an equity investor in the project.
