Fairway Investments in partnership with Austin, TX based Oden Hughes Taylor, has broken ground on the 403-unit Lenox Lake Highlands multifamily community in Dallas, Texas. Lenox Lake Highlands is located in the highly desirable Lake Highlands community in northeast Dallas.
The two-phase development sits on just over 16 acres located across the street from the newly developed Lake Highlands Town Center, a mixed-use community featuring a vast array of neighborhood shops and local dining spots. Lenox Lake Highlands will provide access to the Lake Highlands Trail and the White Rock Creek Trail as well as the adjacent Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Lake Highlands station.
The first phase of the One-two-and-three-bedroom unit multifamily community is scheduled to open in late-2022.
