Fairway Investments, in partnership with Oden Hughes, has broken ground on a 300 multi-family luxury community located in South Austin. These one-two-and-three bedroom units as well as two-bedroom townhomes will span across 14.6 acres and are scheduled to open in 2019.
Located at 135 Foremost Dr. in South Austin, this community will offer community amenities that will include: a Sky Lounge, resort-style pool with two cold spas and Vegas-style cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center and fitness on demand aerobic room, billiards and shuffleboard, a dog park and dog wash station, a Green Egg smoker and package lockers.
Fairway has invested in over 20 Oden Hughes deals since their inception 8 years ago.
Oden Hughes Construction will serve as general contractor for the project and Oden Hughes Management will lease and manage the community.
