Fairway Investments has completed the purchase of Sadler Crossing, a 39,829-square-foot specialty retail center in the Amelia Island-community of Fernandina Beach, Florida.
Sadler Crossing is home to a variety of national and local tenants, including Pet Supermarket, Mattress Firm, Jos. A. Banks, Talbots, 1000 Degree Neapolitan Pizza, FedEx Kinko’s, AT&T, and Jersey Mike’s. Completed in 2007, the property consists or two multi-tenant buildings. The property is situated on 3.68 acres at 1408 Sadler Road on the “going home” and “going to the beach” side of the road for traffic from Interstate 95 and State Road A1A. Sadler Crossing’s Amelia Island location places it near luxury resorts in a high-barriers-to-entry market surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.
