Fairway Investments recently completed the purchase of Shoppes of Ridenour, a retail center in Kennesaw, Georgia. Fairway Management Group’s Chris Courtenay will manage the property.
Shoppes at Ridenour is a new retail development located at the entrance of an existing community with 1,045 single-family homes, apartments, townhomes, and condos. The development offers tremendous visibility with frontage and access from Barrett Parkway. Positioned between Cobb Parkway and Old 41 Highway, the center caters to the Kennesaw/Barrett Parkway market which includes major retailers, economic generators, Southern Polytechnic University and Kennesaw State University.
