Fairway Investments partnered with Oden|Hughes of Austin, TX opens Parkside Place in Houston, TX to residents.
Parkside Place is a 384-unit Class A community at the northwest corner of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Road just south of The Woodlands.
Conveniently located just 4 miles west of the new Exxon Mobil Corp. campus where more than 10,000 employees will begin working in 2015. Several additional large office projects totaling millions of square feet also are underway or planned in the area.
One-to-three bedroom units in Parkside Place’s three-story buildings will range in size from 525-to-1,400 square feet. Rental rates will range between $900 and $1,700 a month. Amenities will include a resort-style lap pool and sundeck; 24-hour fitness center; a dog- walking park and washing station; and a movie theater room.
