Curt Stokes

Chief Financial Officer

Curt joined Fairway in 2007 and currently oversees all financial reporting, provides financial analysis and consultation in acquisition and disposition of assets, and works closely with banking partners on behalf of the company.

Curt’s career has been steeped in real estate, first managing portfolios of high-net-worth clients at Southtrust Bank, and subsequently as a Real Estate Tax Manager at Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino. Curt was recognized as one the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, but he considers his service in the community the highest honor. Curt has served on the Executive Boards of 10/40 Connections, Inc. and Preschool Partners, and as a Board Member for the Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation. He currently serves on the Samford Brock School of Business Advisory Board, the Oakworth Central Alabama Market Board and as a deacon at Mountain Brook Baptist Church.

Curt received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, along with a Master of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from Samford University.

Curt and his wife have a son and daughter and enjoy spending time at Lake Martin and traveling.
